Is there a way to change the BDL to Daniel Jutin Smith in the identifier or will the system take care of that as well.

It's not an automatic thing that the system would do; you need an admin to change the identifier.

However...I have no idea where these files have gone. That URL doesn't work anymore, the history for that identifier is empty, and and I don't see it under any of your uploads. Was it originally uploaded by someone else? That's the only other way I'd be able to find it...
